We use your information to:

• Provide AI-powered sales assistance and lead qualification
• Schedule and manage appointments with leads
• Send communications (calls, SMS, emails) on your behalf
• Sync calendars to prevent double-booking

When you connect your Google Calendar, we access:

• Your Google account email address
• Your calendar events (to check availability)
• The ability to create, update, and delete calendar events

We use Google Calendar data ONLY to:

• Create appointment events when leads book meetings
• Check your calendar for conflicts before scheduling
• Update events when appointments are rescheduled
• Sync appointments between AleBex and your Google Calendar

We do NOT use Google Calendar data for:

• Training AI or machine learning models
• Marketing or advertising purposes
• Any purpose other than providing calendar scheduling functionality

Google API Limited Use Disclosure: AleBex's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do NOT sell your personal data or your leads' data to third parties.

We share non-Google data only with service providers who help us operate the platform:

• Nylas: Calendar integration (processes calendar data on our behalf)
• Amazon Web Services: Cloud hosting and email delivery
• Twilio: SMS and phone call services
• OpenAI: AI processing for conversations

These providers act as service providers/data processors and are contractually required to protect data and use it only to provide services to us.

Your data is stored in secure databases hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Canada.

We implement:

• Encryption in transit and at rest
• Access controls and authentication
• Regular security monitoring
• Industry-standard security practices

• Account data: Retained while your account is active
• Lead data: Retained until you delete it or close your account
• Communication logs: Retained for service improvement and your records
• Google Calendar data: Retained only while connected; tokens deleted on disconnect

• Request deletion of your data
• Disconnect third-party integrations (Google Calendar, etc.)
• Export your data
• Revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions

Our commitments regarding Google user data:

• We only use Google data to provide calendar scheduling features within AleBex

• We do not share Google user data with third parties except our calendar processor (Nylas)
• We store Google authentication tokens securely and delete them when you disconnect
• You can revoke our access at any time via Google Security Settings
