Rules and guidelines for using the AleBex platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing AleBex.ai or using our AI agent services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you agree to these terms for that business.
2. Service Description
AleBex provides Agentic AI solutions (Sales, Helpdesk, Receptionist, Social Media) designed for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs). Our platform facilitates automated outreach, booking, and customer engagement.
3. Use of AI Agents
AleBex agents ('Bex') are tools designed to enhance human teams. While we strive for high accuracy, the user is responsible for the oversight of agent actions and the accuracy of the data provided to the platform. AleBex is not liable for outcomes based on AI-generated communications.
4. Intellectual Property
The AleBex platform, its logos, AI model architectures, and proprietary 'Bex' logic are owned by AleBex/Alexander Innovation Centre. Users retain ownership of the specific business data they upload.
5. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AleBex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our AI agents or platform.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
